The Excel Big Bulk (EBB) super app aims to provide a self-service channel for EBB’s customer to put in their orders and keep track their order progress until delivery to their doorstep.
This will enable prompt action from EBB in fulfilling order and allow for a seamless and paperless end-to-end order management process for all parties involves. EBB’s customers will also be able to generate e-copies of related documents directly through the app.
